Shipping policy

Shipping Area

Orders placed in the online shop and shipping to end customers are exclusively within Germany. Orders from the online shop to other countries are currently not offered.

Business customers in general and end customers with delivery and billing addresses outside Germany are kindly requested to place their order by email at info@katrinleuze.de

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee for each order is calculated based on the items, their size and weight. Free shipping is not offered.

Shipping Provider

Orders are shipped via DPD or another shipping provider of our choice. After the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email; if available, a tracking number will be provided to track the shipment.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, the delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days from receipt of payment. For custom-made items, delivery may take longer. In such cases, the customer will be informed in the product description or after placing the order.

Transfer of Risk

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods only passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods, regardless of the type of shipment.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with visible transport damage, the customer is requested to report such damage to the carrier immediately and to inform us as soon as possible.
Failure to report or contact us does not affect the customer's statutory warranty rights but may complicate our claims against the shipping provider.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, refusal of acceptance, or failure to pick up the shipment and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the resulting return and reshipment costs.

Returns / Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Returns must be made at the customer's own expense.
The returned goods must be undamaged, unworn, and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Once the goods have been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with statutory regulations.
